These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the V-card mobile application (the "App"). V-card helps members manage medicine access, reminders, refill requests, pharmacy rewards, and chronic care information within one mobile experience. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the phone number and identity information supplied during registration.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your device secure, protecting your verification codes, and notifying support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Prescriptions, Refills & Pharmacy Services
- The App experience may include branch-assisted services while requests are being reviewed by pharmacy staff.
- Submitting a prescription or refill request in the App does not guarantee immediate dispensing, delivery, or approval.
- Pharmacy participation, stock availability, and pickup timelines are determined by the individual pharmacy, not by V-card.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any prescription or health information you upload or enter.
4. Loyalty Points & Rewards
- V-card allows you to earn loyalty points from eligible medicine activity and health-related actions, such as logging habits or vitals.
- Points, membership tiers, and rewards are determined by V-card and participating pharmacies, and may change at any time.
- We are not responsible for a pharmacy's failure to honor a specific reward or promotion.
5. Chronic Care & Health Information
Any chronic conditions, vitals, allergies, doctor details, or other health information you enter is provided voluntarily to personalize your experience. Sensitive health information should only be entered for your own records, or with the proper authority to do so on behalf of someone else. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — always consult your doctor for medical decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading prescription, refill, or health information
- Interfere with the App's operation or other users' use of the App
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, and content, is owned by V-card or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account via our Delete My Account page.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prescription, refill, or rewards data will always be accurate or up to date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, V-card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including delays in refill fulfillment or loss of points, rewards, or data.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
